For many years I have been visiting shows of clubs outside FCI in Germany and Denmark and checking out their dogs. I got many importand information about the breed, I could see how it goes in other clubs, where does the breed go and last but not least I found many new friends. Once I saw a pair of dogs at one of the shows and immediately knew I want to have a puppy by them. Few months later puppies were born and I was so much looking forward! But sometimes life is unpredictable - I longed for a little princess and I got a queen. Instead of a puppy, who could not join our pack, Xia was offered to me. It was love at the first sight. Xia joined our pack in 2017 when she was 7 months old :)

Xia is perfect to me, she is just the type I like and want to breed in the future. Compact, well muscled, with strong head and jaws, stronger in bone but still not either bulky nor high. It is not easy to breed the smoothhaired variant, you can't hide anything in the hairs. But the girl is pure perfection as she is! I believe she is the smartest independent and stubborn terrier I know. She is quick to learn, but she has her own mind and when she thinks it is not a good thing, you will not make her to do it. If you 10 steps in fron of her, she will still be 5 steps ahead! You can never be bored with her, she will always surprise you. She is a great pet at home and for a warmth of a bed she she would do anything. Soft pillow and blanket and you will not get rid of her. She is a hunter in body and soul and as soon as you let her off the leash and give her a chance tu hunt, all other things go aside. When she is on a hunt with us she is in contact with us from time to time, she gives voice when seeing the game, but she does not go into unnecessary conflict with it.
